Gen Art Screening Series
On a regular basis, Gen Art co-hosts a special advance screening and/or premiere of a new film for the Gen Art audience, prior to its opening for the general public. These screenings generally take place in all five of Gen Art markets. (New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco)
The screenings, which sometimes serve as the official New York or Los Angeles Premieres with filmmaker and cast in attendance, are followed by a high-energy after-party at a fabulous nightspot with complimentary beverages. It's a great way to catch a new film and be part of the buzz before its release in theaters, plus an opportunity to socialize and connect with a forward-thinking, taste-maker audience.
This program contributes to funding for The Gen Art Film Festival (April in New York) and other film programming that both showcases and supports emerging filmmakers and talent.
Past films include "June", "Transsiberian", "Fanboys", "The Waitress", "Hustle & Flow" & "Marie Antoinette", "The Promotion", and "Crash".
